PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
COBOURG TRANSIT – DOWNTOWN TERMINAL
Please be advised that as of December 15, 2008 the Downtown Terminal located on the west side of Victoria Hall will no longer be used as the DOWNTOWN TERMINAL.
The NEW Downtown Terminal will be located on ALBERT ST this new facility will serve as the Downtown Terminal Shelter/Washroom.
TRANSIT HOURS
Monday to Friday - 6:15 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.
Saturday - 8:15 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. (no change)
Sunday - 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
COBOURG - PORT HOPE SHUTTLE
The bus from Port Hope arrives every hour at 10 minutes past the hour at Northumberland Mall, you can transfer to a Cobourg bus for $1.00 or ride Port Hope bus to the Hospital – bus then goes back to Port Hope.
Port Hope riders can get on the shuttle at Port Hope Town Hall (56 Queen Street) every hour on the hour during business hours.
HOURS
MONDAY-FRIDAY
At the Mall every hour 10 minutes past the hour from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (last shuttle - 9:10 p.m.).
SATURDAY
At the Mall every hour 10 minutes past the hour from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (last shuttle - 4:10 p.m.).

Transit Schedule
Cobourg Transit operates Monday to Friday from 6:15 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:15 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Cobourg Transit is a fully accessible community transit system that combines the dependability of a fixed route service with the flexibility of door-to-door service for eligible riders.
Schedules with a route map are available in Victoria Hall, at the Lottery Booth in the back of Zellers, at Northumberland Mall, Library and on the buses or click here, to print your own.
Fares are $2.00 per one way trip for all riders except preschool children who ride free.

may also be purchased for $16.00/10 in Victoria Hall, Lotto Centre at Zellers in Northumberland Mall and Library.Monthly Passes
Please be advised that effective on Friday, September 1, 2006 the following fare structure will be in place:
$2.00 - Exact Cash Fare (25¢ increase)
$1.60 - Per Ticket in lots of 10 (no increase)
$60.00 - Adult Monthly Pass ($2.00 increase)
NEW** $50.00 - Student/Senior Monthly Pass ($8.00 decrease)
NEW **$15.00 - After school monthly student pass for after 6:00 p.m. weekdays and all day on weekends.
